Installation and welding of LNG terminal pipelines

Project Overview:

In 2018, we embarked on a large and technically complex project focused on the installation and welding of pipelines for an LNG terminal. For the pipelines, we selected high-quality stainless steel, specifically grade 1.4307, which ensures excellent durability and reliability in harsh environmental conditions. The installed pipelines ranged in diameter from DN15 to DN350, requiring precise and skilled work at every stage.

Work Process:

The project was carried out by a team of 16 experienced professionals who worked on it for 40 weeks. All phases, from pipeline installation to final welding, were executed according to the highest industry standards. The welding process was particularly critical, as it was essential to ensure tight and strong joints that could withstand the extreme operating conditions of the LNG terminal.

Project Challenges and Solutions:

The installation and welding of pipelines for the LNG terminal demanded specialized knowledge and experience from our team, as the pipelines had to endure a wide range of operational conditions. Throughout the project, we focused on continuous quality control and safety, conducting extensive testing and measurements to ensure the perfection of each joint. Our welders and fitters worked closely together, quickly resolving any issues that arose and ensuring the smooth progression of the project.

Results:

Upon completion, the LNG terminal received pipelines of the highest quality, meeting all international standards and regulations. The skills and dedication of our team allowed us to deliver products that ensure safety and reliability even in the most demanding environments. Client satisfaction was our greatest reward, and this project further reinforced our reputation as a reliable and quality-focused partner.
